NRV Food Service Consultants, LLC is a small business started in 2017. It is the intention and mission of this company to provide educational and occupational training to those who work in the food service profession, those that are just entering this profession for the first time, and those that just want to gain the knowledge of food safety.

With our partnerships with local companies, we provide food safety training courses and certification exams designed to help you comply with local food safety and health regulations. Developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, the ServSafe® course and exam are recognized and accepted for food safety licensing/registration by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions in the United States than any other food safety program.

The ServSafe® food safety program provides high-quality food safety education and training materials for the restaurant and food service industry. Over 2.5 million professionals have been certified through the ServSafe® course. There are many food safety courses that you can take, but this is the one you must take. You cannot afford to pass up this opportunity to become professionally certified.

The FDA (U.S. Food & Drug Administration) updated the FDA Food Code to include this: "The FDA Food Code requires that the Person-In-Charge of a foodservice operation become a Certified Food Protection Manager. That person MUST be onsite at ALL TIMES during operating hours. A Certified Food Protection Manager MUST show that he or she has the required knowledge by passing a test from an accredited program."

Our recommendation is that when scheduling a class is that you try to have 2  to 3 students in the class to meet this criteria. However, I would strongly advise that you contact your local regulatory authority to receive answers to any questions that you might have as we do not answer or interpret regulatory matters as that might lead to confusion.

NRV Food Service Consultants, LLC will start recording ALL CLASSES and EXAM SESSIONS in order to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all students. This will also assist us in our effort to make sure that the Professionalism, Integrity, and Correct Information is being presented to our clients.
​
It has come to our attention here lately that some students have complained that they were misdirected, misinformed, or not given the complete training as required. Therefore, we are adopting this process to ensure that any conduct on the instructor, proctor, or clients part is duly noted for future reference. We will strive to protect our clients needs and information (unless used in part of an official investigation) and hope that our students understand.

If you wish to not have your class recorded for integrity, NRV Food Service Consultants, LLC will not be able to conduct your class and company policy will be enforced regarding refunds of class fees.
